Tech Inclusion’s Sarah Perez Talks ‘Doing No Evil’ and What Happens After Twitter

Every week, Fox News Channel’s unrivaled digital news network, Fox News Insider, goes beyond the headlines, offering solutions to the frequently-cited issues brought up by the president’s tweets.

We also provide on-air reporting and features on technology as it relates to politics and government.

Earlier this week, Dagen McDowell sat down with Tech Crunch managing editor and founder of Tech Inclusion, Sarah Perez, to discuss all of the opportunities and pitfalls in leveraging technology in government services.

McDowell and Perez spoke about the benefits of use of technology in government, how it has the potential to improve transparency and prevent corruption and illegal activities.

They also discussed potential pitfalls in using technology in government services and possible solutions that officials and citizens can take advantage of.

Perez also explained why she decided to use tech on her first production for Fox News Insider.

“I started working in tech because I wanted to use what I learned as a journalist to improve the lives of other people,” she explained.
