A mysterious West Virginia resident who has been romantically linked to embattled biotech billionaire Elizabeth Holmes has been unmasked as Billy Evans, an 85-year-old man with a PhD in molecular biology from Baylor College of Medicine.
Despite swirling rumors about his identity, there is no evidence that Evans ever worked with Holmes or any of her technology company before Forbes named him as Holmes’s current boyfriend in June 2017. However, he is still a key figure in the story of the mysterious “Trying to Think About What to Wear!” YouTuber, who documented his romantic journey with Holmes on his social media.
